Champaran Chhatra Sansad

India’s democracy stands strong on the foundation of youth engagement and active participation. Recognizing the vital role of young minds in shaping the nation’s future, Champaran Chhatra Sansad (Champarn Student Parliament) was established as a non-political platform to inspire, educate, and empower students to take on leadership roles in public service and governance.

An initiative under the aegis of Hindustan Awaam Voice & Organization, founded by Atiqur Rahman on by 22 March 2025, Champaran Chhatra Sansad seeks to nurture politically conscious, socially responsible, and proactive youth leaders from diverse educational backgrounds. The platform provides opportunities for discussion, dialogue, and collaboration, encouraging students to engage with pressing social, economic, and political issues affecting their communities and the nation at large.

Designed for students between the ages of 16-25, Champaran Chhatra Sansad serves as a space for political orientation and leadership development. It equips participants with a deep understanding of democratic systems, governance frameworks, and civic responsibilities, enabling them to contribute effectively to India’s democratic and developmental journey.

Champaran Chhatra Sansad (CCS) is committed to fostering a new generation of leaders who uphold the principles of equality, justice, and diversity while working towards the collective progress of the nation. Through seminars, workshops, interactive sessions, and debates, the initiative aims to build a strong network of youth leaders who will drive social change, influence policymaking, and strengthen India’s democratic institutions.

In essence, Champaran Chhatra Sansad (CCS) is more than just a platform—it is a movement to empower the youth of Champaran and beyond, shaping visionary leaders dedicated to building a better, stronger, and more inclusive India.
